Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation is believed that it’s the right of customer to submit complaints and suggestion which will be treated with utmost transparency.
Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation seeks to encourage our customers to submit their complaints and suggestions through three main channels.

Submit complaints and suggestions:

  • Telephone: 8003672 , numbering and follow up complaints by SMS , working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Website:www.fnrc.gov.ae , Live Chat and mail the General Manager or send complaints and suggestions
  • Customer Service (Fujairah , Al Hail , Thoban , Al Tawian )

Handling Complaints and Suggestions:

  • Receive the complaints and suggestions from available channels.
  • Send SMS explaining the date and number of complaint.
  • Allocate staff to follow up the complaint.
  • Pay the required fees from 1 day and maximum 4 working days.
  • Resolve the complaint and close the same.
  • If the customer is not satisfied , will open a complaint and reach to the top management to take the action.
